On March 21, 2023, a delegation from Oz Arab Media, led by its director, Mr. Remy Wehbe, convened with Mr. Mehdi Nezha and several other delegates from the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) at the renowned Pizza on The Horsely restaurant in Fairfield. The primary objective of this meeting was for Oz Arab Media to formally introduce itself and extend its professional services to the SSNP, in accordance with the news platform’s core principles of media transparency and offering a platform for individuals, organizations, and political parties from diverse backgrounds to voice their opinions.

During the meeting, Mr. Wehbe presented an overview of Oz Arab Media, addressing a wide array of questions related to the platform’s reach, goals, and commitment to promoting the activities and interests of Arab communities across Australia and around the globe. In response, Mr. Nezha offered insights into the SSNP, its objectives within the Arab world, and introduced the party members in attendance.

Following these introductions, an engaging and informative discussion took place, during which several SSNP members took the opportunity to clarify numerous misconceptions concerning the party’s objectives and strategies within the Middle East. This open dialogue fostered greater understanding and laid the foundation for potential collaboration between Oz Arab Media and the SSNP as with others.

As the gathering drew to a close, Mr. Wehbe cordially invited the SSNP members to attend Oz Arab Media’s upcoming gala dinner, scheduled for May 19th at the prestigious Doltone House in Bossley Park. The event promises to be a grand affair, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and fostering relationships between various members of the community in Australia.
