Arabic version: الحوثيون يقولون إنهم أسقطوا طائرة مسيّرة سعودية في شمال غربي اليمن

According to Al Jazeera, Iran-backed Houthi forces said they shot down a Saudi reconnaissance drone over northwestern Yemen.

Footage released by the Houthis appeared to show the aircraft’s burning wreckage. The claim was reported on July 26, 2026.

The reported downing came a day after the Houthis said they had attacked Saudi oil facilities.
