The commendation celebrates Mr Kaltoum’s decades of service through his leadership of Town & Country Real Estate Merrylands, a trusted agency serving the Cumberland area since 1997.

In the letter, Mayor Hamed commended Mr Kaltoum for his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication to excellence—qualities that have not only elevated standards in the property sector but have also played a vital role in shaping and enriching local neighbourhoods.
