Cumberland City Council Mayor Clr Ola Hamed has officially recognised Mr Elie Kaltoum for his outstanding contributions to the local community and the real estate industry, presenting him with a formal Letter of Recognition on 28 April 2025. The commendation celebrates Mr Kaltoum’s decades of service through his leadership of Town & Country Real Estate Merrylands, a trusted agency serving the Cumberland area since 1997.

In the letter, Mayor Hamed commended Mr Kaltoum for his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication to excellence—qualities that have not only elevated standards in the property sector but have also played a vital role in shaping and enriching local neighbourhoods. Under his guidance, Town & Country Real Estate Merrylands has earned a strong reputation for excellence in both sales and property management.
