A woman has been charged with murder after a toddler was found dead in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
The child’s body was located at a Dover Street property in Albanvale about 4pm on Monday.
Homicide Squad detectives subsequently charged a 31-year-old woman with one count of murder.
She was remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
